HandMade to Co-Produce Two Feature Film Projects

HandMade Plc (HMF.L), the rights ownership, film production, merchandising and
licensing company, is pleased to announce today that it is launching the
production of two new feature films called "Cracks" and "Welcome to the Rileys".

Handmade Films International (in association with Industry Entertainment and
Killer Films), Future Films and Scott Free Productions (the film and television
production vehicle of film directors, brothers Tony and Ridley Scott), will
produce "Cracks", from award-winning commercials with first time feature
director Jordan Scott and screenwriters Ben Court and Caroline Ip ("The Hole", "
Whitechapel"). Eva Green (Kingdom of Heaven, Casino Royale) will star as the
charismatic teacher Miss G.

"Welcome to the Rileys", to be directed by Jake Scott, has secured James
Gandolfini ('The Sopranos') and Kristen Stewart (Into The Wild, Panic Room). "
Welcome to the Rileys" is a great love story with real humour and insight into
how people find each other and form an unconventional family.

Future Films will finance the productions and Scott Free and HandMade Films
International will co-produce the projects. HandMade will also handle worldwide
sales and uniquely present the films as a package to distributors.

Commenting on this announcement, David Ravden, Chief Executive Officer of
HandMade plc, said: "These two films both have the potential to deliver powerful
and thrilling stories. We have combined the talent at Scott Free with our
finance and production support and HandMade's sales expertise. We already have
a proven working relationship with Future Films and together, this combination
of expertise will provide a great opportunity."
