Late lodgement of the Appendix 3Y

The Executive Director elected to join the 2012 Sharesave scheme which was offered to all UK employees in March 2012.

The discrepancy between the Director's interests and the disclosed position was identified as part of end-of-year reconciliations. The awards had not been notified to the necessary department at the time of the grant of options due to an administrative oversight.

Following a review, procedures have been improved. As a result, the Company believes it has arrangements in place to meet its disclosure obligations under listing rule 3.19A.
