                  PAYMENT OF INTERIM DIVIDEND

Further  to the Company's announcement of its interim  results
for  the  period to 31 March 2000 its directors announce  that
the  interim dividend of 0.55p per Ordinary share will be paid
on  5 July 2000 to shareholders on the register of members  at
the close of business on 26 May 2000.
