                               Directors' dealing


GVM Metals Limited ("the Company") announces that on 7 November 2007 Nonkqubela
Noloyiso Mazwai, deputy managing director of the Company, sold 225,000 ordinary
shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for A$318,918.

Following the sale, Nonkqubela Noloyiso Mazwai has a direct and indirect
interest in 26,274,895 Ordinary Shares representing 12.1 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.

In addition, on 7 November 2007 Nchakha Darius Moloi, non-executive director of
the Company, sold 275,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company for A$389,789.

Following the sale, Nchakha Darius Moloi has a direct and indirect interest in
28,997,691 Ordinary Shares representing 13.4 per cent. of the Company's issued
share capital.
