Result of AGM

GTS Chemical Holdings plc (AIM: GTS), the specialty chemicals and lubricating oil producer, and China's largest producer of ammonium sulfite, announce that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, 25 July 2016, all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.

Accordingly, the expected last day of dealings in the Company's shares on AIM will be 1 August 2016, the expected time and date that the admission to trading of the Ordinary Shares on AIM will be cancelled will be 7 a.m. on 2 August 2016.

Further information in respect of the cancellation is included in the announcement released on 29 June 2016.
