    Results of Annual General Meeting 


    The Company announces that, at the annual general meeting of the Company (the "AGM") held today, all the resolutions set out in the
circular to shareholders dated 16 July 2008 were duly approved by shareholders.

    In particular, more than 75 per cent of the votes cast at the AGM by shareholders (whether present in person or by proxy) were in favour
of the special resolution to cancel admission of trading of the ordinary shares on AIM.

    Accordingly, cancellation of admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM is expected to occur with effect from 7.00
a.m. on 3 September 2008.
