                              Posting of accounts

GruppeM Investments PLC announces that it has appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers
as new auditors to the Company.  As a result of their audit of the Company's
Chinese subsidiaries being interrupted by a routine but random audit by the
Chinese tax authority, the Company's audit timetable has been delayed by several
weeks.  The Company now expects to publish its annual audited accounts for the
year ended 31 December 2006 in early August 2007.
