                                  Board Change



The directors of GruppeM Investments PLC, the AIM-listed luxury motor retailing
group, announce that, due to the growth of the Company's operations in China,
and the corresponding increasing time commitment there, Paul McIlwaine, finance
director, has resigned from the board with immediate effect in order to spend
more time within the UK.

The directors would like to thank Paul for his significant contribution since
joining the Company in October 2005.

The board is currently searching for a suitable candidate as a replacement.  In
the interim, Julian Hardy, director, will be assuming responsibility for the
Company's financial affairs until the appointment of a new finance director is
made.
