                               PDMR Shareholding


The Company has been notified that 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in
the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were sold on 31 March 2008 on behalf of Thomas
Philip Acton, Chief Operating Officer for Europe and the Far East, at 725 pence
per Ordinary Share.

Thomas Philip Acton's direct shareholding in the Company now stands at 21,104 
Ordinary Shares which represents 0.035% of the issued share capital of the 
Company which is currently 59,275,705 Ordinary Shares.   In addition, he remains 
the beneficial owner of 131,085 conditional shares under the Company's 
Performance Share Plan.
