Directors' Dealings 
The GAME Group plc (the "Company") was notified today of the following dealings 
by Directors: 
On 12 January 2010, Ishbel Macpherson, Non Executive Director, purchased 20,000 
shares each at a price of 99.69p. Ms Macpherson's holding now stands at 33,200 
shares which represents 0.010% of the Company's total Issued Share Capital 
("ISC"). 
 
 
On the same day Ben White, Group Finance Director and Terry Scicluna, Chief 
Operating Officer UK and Ireland, purchased 5,000 shares each at a price of 
99.69 per share. Their holdings now stand at 10,000 shares each (0.003% ISC). 
In addition, Mr White holds an interest in a further 220,462 (0.064% ISC) shares 
and Mr Scicluna holds an interest in a further 439,521 (0.127% ISC) shares. Both 
directors hold these additional interests through the GAME Group Performance 
Share Plan. 
 
 
The Game Group Employees' Share Ownership Trust ("The Trust") 
 
 
The Company announces today that, on 12 January 2010, the trustees of The Trust 
acquired 650,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p at a price of 99.69p representing 0.19% 
of the current issued share capital. The shares acquired will contribute towards 
satisfying any future allocations that may be made under The GAME Group plc 
Performance Share Plan and the GAME Group plc Deferred Bonus Scheme. This 
transaction was notified to the Company on 12 January 2010. The total holding of 
The Trust following this transaction is 2,368,001 ordinary shares being 0.683% 
of the issued share capital.
