Transaction in Own Shares & Total Voting Rights


Gatekeeper Systems, Inc. announces that on 28 January 2008 the Company made on
market purchases of 16,000 ordinary shares of USD 0.001 each ("Ordinary Shares")
at a price of 10 pence per Ordinary Share. These Ordinary Shares have been
purchased for cancellation.

Following the cancellation of these Ordinary Shares the Company's issued
ordinary share capital with voting rights will be 43,677,333 Ordinary Shares. 
The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.

The above figure of 43,677,333 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in
the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine
if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest
in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules.
