Grand Group Investment PLC (AIM: GIPO), a provider of expansion capital and value added services to China-based SMEs with high growth potential, announces that in accordance with AIM Rule 20, electronic copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy are available from the Company's investor relations website at http://grandgroupplc.com/. Hard copies of the 2014 Annual Report and Accounts have been posted to shareholders today.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:00am on 23 July 2015 at the offices of Abchurch Communications, 125 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N 1AR.
