Results of AGM

The Annual General Meeting of GGT was held today.
The Company is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to shareholders were 
passed.
Resolution 2, to re-elect John Leat as a Director, was not put as John Leat has 
resigned as a director of the company for health reasons.

The Chairman, Ron Trenter, thanked John Leat for his valuable contribution to the 
Company.

The minimum number of proxy votes received in favour of the resolutions was 100%.
