     Morgan Stanley Smith Barney appointed advisors for Australian listing

GGG Resources plc (AIM: GGG) is pleased to announce the appointment of brokers 
Morgan Stanley Smith Barney to advise the Company in respect to its intention 
to list its shares on the Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX"). 
 
The Morgan Stanley Smith Barney office in Perth, Western Australia, will act as 
lead advisors on the ASX share listing process, which GGG hopes to complete 
before the end of 2010. 
 
By listing its shares on the ASX, GGG will have access to additional equity 
funding sources that will be important for the continued fast-track advancement 
of its Bullabulling gold project in Western Australia. 
 
An ASX listing will also provide the opportunity for Australian investors to 
buy our shares. 
 
GGG shares will continue to trade on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market.
