                        Results of AGM and Name Change

At the Annual General Meeting held today at 11am shareholders approved the 
change of the Company's name to GGG Resources plc. Application has now been 
made to the Registrar of Companies. Shareholders will be notified of the 
effective date of the change for AIM in due course. 
 
GGG which, following an institutional share placing in July, is now fully 
funded to the end of feasibility, is focused on developing rapidly the 
Bullabulling Gold project in Western Australia with its 50% joint venture 
partner. 
 
A JORC-compliant upgrade to shareholders of the Bullabulling resource is 
expected shortly. The current JORC resource indicates 431,000 ounces of gold. 
 
All other resolutions proposed to the shareholders at the Annual General 
Meeting of the Company held earlier today were passed.
