Company's Chairman, of his purchase on 10 December 2009 of 17,336 ordinary 
shares in the Company at a price of 2.8p per share. 
 
Following this purchase, Mr Ruxton's total shareholding in the Company is 
17,336 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.0095% of the issued share 
capital.
