                     CONVERSION OF DIRECTORS' SUBSCRIPTION                     

5 September 2008

This announcement replaces the announcement released at 07:15am today. 
The `Percentage of Company's Issued Share Capital' figure for
Paul McGroary was incorrect and should read 5.09% rather than 2.86%, to take
into account the Marshall Lake Mining plc shareholding over which he has
control. All other figures in the announcement remain the same. The full text
of the corrected announcement is set out below:

Following the Company's announcement of 20 August 2008and the release of the 
interim results yesterday, GGG is pleased toannounce that the �150,751 
irrevocable subscription from the directors and certain senior management of 
the Company has now been converted to 4,074,352 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence at 
3.7 pence per share ("Directors Shares"). The price is a discount of 7.7% to
the bid price at the close of business on 4 September 2008.

Application has been made for these Directors Shares to be admitted to AIM and
it is expected that this will occur on 10 September 2008.

Following the conversion, the total number of shares in issue is 145,533,858.

In addition to his acquisition of 824,324 Directors Shares, Jeffrey Malaihollo,
Managing Director of GGG, has agreed to purchase 71,400 Ordinary Shares at an
average price of approximately 5 pence per share, from one of the Company's
managers, for consideration of RMB 50,000 (approximately GBP 3,570).

Following the above transactions, the directors' shareholdings in GGG are:
