                           Shareholder Notification                            

The Company was notified on 3 May 2006 that following the purchase of 187,500
ordinary shares in the Company, Mr Paul McGroary and his wife jointly hold
4,000,000 ordinary shares (representing 5.13 per cent. of the Company's issued
share capital).

Mr Paul McGroary is also a director of Eyeconomy Holdings PLC which holds
3,156,250 ordinary shares (representing 4.05 per cent. of the Company's issued
share capital).
