The Company was notified on 28 June 2007 that on 28 June 2007 Mikel Faulkner, a
director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company at 88p per share.



Following this purchase, Mr Faulkner has a beneficial interest in 140,000
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company representing 0.40% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
