                          INVESTOR DAY - 22 APRIL 2008



Forth Ports PLC will be hosting a site visit at the Port of Tilbury, Essex on
Tuesday, 22 April 2008 as part of its investor relations programme.


No material new information will be disclosed in the presentations which will
form part of this visit, nor will there be any further statement on current
trading following the company's recent preliminary results announcement on 17
March 2008. The AGM and Interim Management Statement will be issued on 29 April
2008.
