    First Calgary Petroleums Ltd. - Dealing by Director

 

    CALGARY, June 5 /CNW/ - First Calgary Petroleums Ltd. (the "Company") was

advised on June 2, 2006 that Mr. Darryl J. Raymaker, a non-executive director

of the Company, sold 50,000 common shares at an average price of $11.43 (Cdn.)

per share on May 31, 2006 and 50,000 common shares at an average price of

$11.45 (Cdn.) per share on June 2, 2006, through the facilities of the Toronto

Stock Exchange. Mr. Raymaker advises that the shares were sold as part of his

financial estate planning. Mr. Raymaker continues to hold 45,979 common shares

and 950,000 stock options.

 

    First Calgary Petroleums Ltd. is an oil and gas exploration company

Algeria. The Company's common shares trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange in
