Investment Policy



The Board of F&C Private Equity Trust PLC has recently confirmed its investment
policy in relation to listed investment companies. The Company will not invest
more than 15% of its assets in UK listed investment companies. It will also not
invest more than 15% in listed investment companies outside the UK.
