Finsaga announces that on 28 January 2008, it was notified that, as at close of
business on 25 January 2008, Mr. David  Taglight increased his holding to
1,437,500 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company.

This holding represents 3.3 per cent. of the total issued share capital of
Finsaga as at 29 January 2008, being  43,520,720 ordinary shares.
