         Annual Report 2003 including Notice of Annual General Meeting


The Future Network plc, the international specialist consumer magazine group, is
pleased to announce that its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31
December 2003 is available on the Company's website, www.thefuturenetwork.plc.uk

Copies have been submitted to the Document Viewing Facility of the UK Listing
Authority at Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf,
London E14 5HS (telephone 0207 676 1000).

Copies have been mailed to all shareholders this week.

Printed copies of the Annual Report 2003 may be obtained from the company's

The Notice of Annual General Meeting is set out on pages 76 and 77 of the Annual
Report 2003.

The AGM will be held at the Wessex Suite, Francis Hotel, Queen Square, Bath BA1
2HH at 11am on Thursday 13 May 2004.
