    GRANT OF OPTIONS
    Formjet plc ("the Company") announces that, further to the placing announced earlier today, the Board has granted the following options
over ordinary shares to directors of the Company:-

    Lyndon Chapman                 6,360,000 options

    Antony Lee                           3,999,999 options

    David Hennell                       3,000,000 options

    Frank Lewis                            999,999 options

    The options are exercisable at any time after 29th July 2010 but before 29th July 2018.

    In each case, one-third of the options are exercisable at an exercise price of 0.75p per ordinary
    share, one-third at a price of 1.1p per share, and the remainder at an exercise price of 1.5p per
    share.

    The Board has also granted options over a further 11,528,332 shares, on broadly similar terms, to
    employees and advisers to the Company.
