            Formjet Plc (the "Company") - Voting rights and capital



In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 the
Company would like to notify the market of the following:



The Company's issued share capital consists of 129,773,025 ordinary shares of
0.2 pence each.  The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.



Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Formjet Plc is 129,773,025.



The above figure (129,773,025) may be used by shareholders, until the Company
announces any change, as the denominator for the calculations by which they will
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their
interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
