The Company announces that on 25 October 2006 it received notification that
Bluehone Investors LLP, and certain of its clients, have an aggregate interest
in the Company of 18,044,073 ordinary shares of 0.002p each, representing 13.90%
of the issued share capital of the Company. The clients interest as set out
below form part of the aggregate interest in the Company.
