The Company was notified on 24 April 2008 by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc that on 22
April 2008 they held 127,393,006 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each in the Company 
("Ordinary Shares") representing 11.90% of the total issued share capital and
total voting rights of the Company.  The Ordinary Shares have direct voting
rights and are held by Goldman Sachs International, a wholly owned indirect
subsidiary of GS Inc, and are registered in the account CREPTEMP.
