finnCap Group plc (AIM: FCAP) (the "Company"), today announces that Tom Hayward, a director of the Company, has transferred 1,833,352 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for no value as a result of the migration of his SIPP to a new provider with effect from 23 January 2020. The shares transferred represent 1.08% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Following this transfer of shares, Tom Hayward's beneficial interest over 3,593,352 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.12 per cent of the current total voting rights of the Company, remains unchanged. The Company's shares referred to above are finnCap Group plc ordinary shares of 1 pence each and the total number of shares in issue is 169,730,089.
