Re: Board Changes



The Board of FBD Holdings wishes to announce that Mr. Paul O'Callaghan,
Executive Director, is retiring from the Board with effect from the 31st
December 2004.  Mr. O'Callaghan had continued in the role of Executive Director
following his retirement from the position of Chief Executive in June 2003.



The Board also announced that Alfons Wouters, Non Executive Director, retired
with immediate effect at the Board Meeting which was held today.



These retirements follow a number of recent new Board Appointments.
