    Dresdner Kleinwort Securities Limited (DKSL) is a wholly owned subsidiary
    of Dresdner Bank AG and Zenon Beteiligungs GmbH ("Zenon"), a direct
    subsidiary of Dresdner Bank AG. Dresdner Bank AG is a direct subsidiary of
    Allianz Finanzbeteiligungs GmbH ("Allianz Finanz"), which is itself a
    direct subsidiary of Allianz SE.  Accordingly Allianz SE, Allianz Finanz,
    Dresdner Bank AG and Zenon are deemed to be interested in those shares in
    which DKSL is interested.
