Further to the Board Meeting held to-day, 8th March 2005, FBD Holdings plc
wishes to announce that Mr. John Duggan, Mr. Michael Morley and Mr. Hugh Ryan,
non-executive directors, will not be seeking re-election at the Annual General
Meeting due to be held on 27th April 2005 and will be retiring with effect from
that date.   This follows recent Board appointments.
