Admission of Restricted Stock to CREST and Transfer to New ISIN

The Company advises that certain outstanding common shares of USD0.005 in the Company ("Common Shares") issued in certificated form have had their restrictive legend lifted and are now capable of trading and settlement on AIM in electronic form within the CREST system via the depository interest facility that the Company already operates for other Common Shares.

This effects those Common Shares currently trading on AIM under the following references:

Ticker/TIDM: EXXS.L

ISIN: BMG100821575

Sedol: B0H3PX9

Accordingly, with effect from 15 March 2011, the above Common Shares will be transferred so as to trade on AIM under the following references (which are currently used by all other Common Shares that are already in CREST):

The Company's issued share capital remains the same at 74,215,533 Common Shares, excluding 653 Common Shares held in treasury.

Holders of depository interests in CREST have the same rights as holders of Common Shares in the Company. Shareholders who do not wish to deposit their Common Shares into CREST may continue to hold them in certificated form. Existing certificates will remain valid and new unlegended certificates will not be issued to the shareholders concerned unless requested, in which case shareholders should contact the Company's registrar.
