As at 29 November 2011 EVRAZ plc's issued share capital consists
of 1,336,471,236 Ordinary Shares of US$1.00 each, 50,000 Redeemable
Non-Voting Preference Shares of GBP1.00 each and 2 Subscriber
Shares of GBP1.00 each. The Redeemable Non-Voting Preference Shares
and the Subscriber Shares are not listed on any exchange. EVRAZ plc
holds no shares in treasury.
The total number of voting rights attaching to the Ordinary
Shares of EVRAZ plc is therefore 1,336,471,236.
The above figure (1,336,471,236) may be used by shareholders as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine
if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
