Completion of disposal programme

The Board of Astaire Group PLC ("Astaire") is pleased to announce that the sale of Rowan Dartington & Co. Limited ("RD") was completed today.

The sale of RD completes the disposal programme which the Astaire Group embarked on following the adoption of its realisation strategy announced on 15 July 2010. This primarily comprised the sales of Astaire Securities PLC, Dowgate Capital Stockbrokers Limited and RD. Astaire no longer has any trading business or subsidiaries and is now subject to the AIM Rules as an "Investing Company".
