Notice of General Meeting
The Board of Evolve announces that on 11 February a circular was
posted to shareholders containing the notice of a general meeting
of the Company at which a resolution will be proposed to approve
the sale of Rowan Dartington & Co. Limited ("Rowan Dartington")
by Astaire Group plc ("Astaire"), a company which Evolve has a 53.6
per cent. interest in.
The general meeting has been convened for 9.00 a.m. on 3 March
2011 and is to be held at the offices of Evolve, 223a Kensington
High Street, London, W8 6SG.
Information about the proposed sale of Rowan Dartington by
Astaire, including the terms of the proposed sale, were contained
in the announcement released by Evolve on 10 February 2011.
