The Board of Astaire Group PLC announces that a circular has been posted to shareholders containing the notice of a general meeting at which resolutions will be proposed to approve the sale of Rowan Dartington & Co. Limited and a new investing policy. The general meeting has been convened for 9.30 am on 3 March 2011 and is to be held at Fourth Floor, 17 Hanover Square, LondonW1S 1HU.
