                              Director Shareholding 
 
The Board of Evolve announces that it was advised on 5 October 2010 that Michael 
Jackson, Non-Executive Director of Evolve, transferred 2,250,000 ordinary shares 
of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares) on 4 October 2010 to a Self 
Invested Pension Plan ("SIPP") owned by him at a price of 1.0 pence per share. 
Following this transaction the beneficial interest of Michael Jackson will be 
held wholly through his SIPP and remain unchanged at 4,250,000 Ordinary Shares 
representing 1.50% of the Company's issued share capital.
