                              Director Shareholding 
 
The Board of Evolve announces that they were notified on 29 September 2010 that 
Michael Jackson, Non-Executive Director of Evolve, transferred 2,000,000 
ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares) on 29 
September 2010 to a Self Invested Pension Plan owned by Michael Jackson at a 
price of 1.0 pence per share. Following this transaction the beneficial interest 
of Michael Jackson will remain unchanged at 4,250,000 Ordinary Shares 
representing 1.50% of the Company's issued share capital.
