The Board of Evolve announces that it has today been notified that Evolve's 
Chairman, Oliver Vaughan, today transferred, at a price of 0.5 pence per share, 
5,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his 
wife. Following the transaction, the beneficial interest of Oliver Vaughan and 
his wife will remain unchanged at 33,045,609 Ordinary Shares representing 11.66% 
of the Company's issued share capital.
