                            Result of General Meeting 
 
The Board of Evolve announces that the resolution proposed on behalf of GHC 
Nominees Limited and Oliver Cairns (together the "Requisitioners") at the 
general meeting of the Company held today (the "Meeting") was defeated 
unanimously on a show of hands by the Company's shareholders. 
 
The Meeting was held following a requisition received from the Requisitioners to 
propose a resolution that Oliver Vaughan (Chairman of Evolve) be removed as a 
director of the Company with immediate effect.  Proxies from shareholders 
holding 3,952,584 ordinary shares had voted in favour of the resolution and 
proxies from shareholders holding 134,454,520 ordinary shares had voted against 
the resolution. 
 
Further details of the resolution were set out in the circular published by the 
Company and sent to shareholders on 10 September 2010. 
 
Commenting on the result of the Meeting, David Snow, said: "The Board would like 
to thank shareholders for their support in defeating this resolution. We 
consider Oliver to be a valuable member of the Board and continue to have full 
confidence in him. Following recent dialogue with shareholders the Board are 
currently carrying out a review of their investments and future strategy. 
Information regarding the Company's investments will be contained in the 
forthcoming interim results. 
 
The Board notes that the Requisitioners neither attended the meeting nor voted 
on the resolution that had been proposed at their request." 
 
Evolve will release its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2010 on 
29 September 2010.
