Following the announcements this morning by Astaire Group Plc, a 53 per cent. 
owned subsidiary of Evolve, in respect of the enforcement action by the FSA and 
the release of final results for the year ended 31 December 2009, Evolve Capital 
anticipates that trading in its ordinary shares on AIM will be restored at 12.00 
noon today.
