Director Shareholding 
 
Further to the announcement on 7 August 2009, the Company has been notified 
today of the completion of a transfer of 587,645 ordinary shares in the Company 
to Oliver Vaughan, Chairman of Evolve Capital, as part of the reconstruction and 
winding up of Albany Capital plc.  Mr Vaughan now holds 15,550,878 ordinary 
shares in the Company, representing approximately 8.71 per cent. of the issued 
share capital.
