Change of Managing Director of Rowan Dartington 
 
 
Astaire Group Plc ("Astaire") is pleased to announce the appointment with 
immediate effect of David Couch as managing director of Rowan Dartington, 
Astaire's private client stockbroking and asset management business.  David 
previously held the position of finance director and prior to joining Rowan 
Dartington he was a financial services management consultant for three years and 
a partner at Killik & Co stockbrokers for over six years. 
 
 
David's appointment follows the resignation of Jonathan Beatson-Hird as Rowan 
Dartington's managing director, who intends to pursue other business 
interests.Astaire would like to thank him for all his efforts and wishes him 
well for the future.
