Appointment of a director

Energy Technique PLC (the Company) is pleased to announce the appointment on 30th January of James William Lugg, aged
44, as an Executive Director of the Company.

Mr. Lugg has over twenty five years experience in the air conditioning and heating trade as an owner-operator of his
own businesses. His current directorships comprise:

Jubilee Fire and Security Limited
Barrington Black Limited (property company)
Venture International FM Limited (consultancy company)
Jubilee Network Solutions Limited
Network Recruitment.com Limited.

During the last five years he has ceased to be a director of Folio UK Limited, a Facilities Management business.

There are no other matters required to be disclosed under Schedule 2 paragraph(g) of the AIM rules.
