Directors' shareholdings

The Company has today been informed of the sale, by the Trustees of the Ensor 
Group Pension Fund on 20 August 2004, of 165,016 10p ordinary shares 
("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at 20 pence per share.

As a result of this sale, Messrs Kenneth Arthur Harrison and Brian Morgan no 
longer have any non-beneficial interests in the Ordinary Shares in the Company.

There is no change to the beneficial holdings of either of the above directors.
