EPIC Securities plc announces that on 18 March 2011, it purchased 50,000 Zero Dividend Preference Shares ("ZDP" shares) at a price of GBP1.37 per share.

The Company further announces that on 12 April 2011, it purchased 50,000 Zero Dividend Preference Shares ("ZDP" shares) at a price of GBP1.37 per share.

These purchases were made under the authority granted at the Company's EGM on 20 September 2010

Following the above purchases, the Company has 18,990,180 Zero Dividend Preference Shares in issue.
