    Eleco plc (the 'Company')
    Director/PDMR Shareholding


    The Company has been notified that, on 28 October 2008, Suffolk Life, of which Mr J H B Ketteley, Executive Chairman of the Company, is
a beneficiary, sold 264,460 ordinary shares of 10p each, at a price of 60.5p per share in the capital of the company.

    The Company has also been notified that, on 28 October 2008, PR Ketteley Trust, of which Mr Ketteley, is also a beneficiary, purchased
264,460 ordinary shares of 10p each, at a price of 60.5p per share in the capital of the company.

    Mr Ketteley's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged following this transaction, at 7,421,530 shares, representing
approximately 12.38% per cent of the Company's total voting rights
