           Director Dealings and significant Shareholder announcement



On 17 December 2007, 390,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the
Company were transferred, for nil consideration, comprising 350,000 shares in
the name of Mr John Ketteley, Chairman of the Company, and 40,000 shares in the
name of his wife Mrs S Ketteley, from Suffolk Life Annuities Limited ("Suffolk
Life") directly to accounts registered in their own names as beneficial
shareholders.

The beneficial interest in the Company of Mr J.H.B Ketteley remains unchanged at
7,386,530 shares, representing approximately 12.32% of the issued share
capital.

As a result of the transaction Suffolk Life retains a legal and beneficial
holding in the Company of 3,032,973 ordinary shares of 10 pence each,
representing approximately 5.05% of the Company's current issued ordinary share
capital. The shares held by Suffolk Life carry direct voting rights
