Application has today been made to London Stock Exchange plc for 495,834 common
shares without par value in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM. These
common shares are being issued following the exercise by employees of share
options previously granted by the Company. Admission of these common shares is
expected to become effective on 13 April 2006.
